Silvertown Quays

London, England

KUD served as Master Developer of an urban regeneration plan of a 21-hectare (60 acre) site in the Royal Docks which was arranged around 9.5 acres of dock (water). Silvertown Quays constituted the last strategic development opportunity in London’s Royal Docks, a key element in the strategy to revive the eastern part of the city.

Silvertown Quays was planned as an exemplary mixed-use scheme combining the attraction of a world-class aquarium, Biota!, with an active town center for the Royal Docks.
